Billing Formula:
Total = Quantity of Talents × Monthly Rate × Number of Months

All work is performed under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Clients retain 100 % ownership of all intellectual property and creative assets.

Engagement Terms

Billing Basis

Monthly (22.5 working days) — fixed monthly rate, regardless of holidays or weekends.

Advance Payment

A one-time advance equivalent to half of one month’s billing per talent is required upon engagement.
This advance acts as a security retainer and is credited to the final billing cycle at project completion or renewal.

Invoice Schedule

Exodia issues invoices on the 1st of each month, covering that month’s engagement period. Payment is due within 5 calendar days (by the 5th of the month).

Payment Mode

Bank transfer or online remittance to Exodia’s designated corporate account (details in invoice).

Confidentiality

All work covered by NDA; 100 % IP ownership remains with the client.

Reporting

Weekly progress updates from the assigned Exodia Project Coordinator.

Scaling Flexibility

Teams may be increased or reduced with a 15-day written notice before adjustment.

Communication & Management

Daily updates via preferred tools: Slack, Trello, Jira, Asana, ClickUp
Exodia monitors attendance, productivity, and output quality.
Clients retain direct creative and task ownership.
Optional weekly coordination call for progress review and alignment.
